Visas
Visa assistance for delegations that need it.
Participants who need a visa had to send their details by 14 September 2026. To apply, each federation must:
- Complete the official registration form.
- Email the organising committee PDF scans of the participants’ passports, valid for more than six months.
- Pay the registration fee.
- Book and pay the hotel stay at the same time.
The organisers provide visa assistance according to Spanish law only after all pre-payments are made. They are not responsible if the Spanish consular authorities decline to issue a visa.
